ا ﷲ جل ِ شانہ نے حضرت خاتم الانبیاء صلی اﷲ علیہ وسلم کی اس آخری امت کو بڑی رحمتوں اور نعمتوں سے نوازا ہے، دوسری ساری امتوں کے مقابلہ میں اس امت کو کچھ خصوصی امتیازات عطافرمائے ہیں، اللہ کریم نے اس امت کی فضیلت کیلئے امت کو اطاعت وبندگی اور اعمال ِصالحہ کے لیے بے شمار مواقع فراہم کیے ہیں، تاکہ بندے اللہ کی رحمت ومغفرت اور جہنم سے خلاصی جیسے انعامات سے مستفید ہوں، ان بابرکت اوقات میں سے ایک رمضان المبارک کا مہینہ ہے۔ ماہِ رمضان کی سب سے بڑی فضیلت یہ ہے کہ اس ماہ میں شبِ قدر ہے، جس میں اللہ تعالیٰ برکت عطا فرمائی اور اس رات کو دیگر تمام راتوں پر فضیلت وبرتری دی۔ جو سال بھر میں ایک مرتبہ آتی ہے اور صرف اس رات کو عبادات میں مشغول کردینے والوں کو ایک ہزار مہینے کی خالص عبادت سے بھی زیادہ ثواب ملتا ہے ۔شب قدر کی اہمیت کا اندازہ اس سے بخوبی لگا سکتے ہیں کہ خالق لیل ونہارجل جلالہ نے اس کی تعریف وتوصیف میں مکمل سورت نازل فرمائی۔ ارشاد باری تعالیٰ ہے: امت ِ مرحومہ پر اس خاص امتیازی انعام کی ایک وجہ حدیث شریف میں یہ آئی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ رسول اﷲ صلی اﷲ علیہ وسلم کو پچھلی امتوں کی کچھ ...

اَلسَلامُ عَلَيْكُم وَرَحْمَةُ اَللهِ وَبَرَكاتُهُ ‎ " حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ بیان فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، خَلَقَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ آدَمَ عَلَى صُورَتِهِ، طُولُهُ سِتُّونَ ذِرَاعًا، فَلَمَّا خَلَقَهُ قَالَ: اذْهَبْ فَسَلِّمْ عَلَى أُولَئِكَ النَّفَرِ، وَهُمْ نَفَرٌ مِنَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ جُلُوسٌ، فَاسْتَمِعْ مَا يُجِيبُونَكَ، فَإِنَّهَا تَحِيَّتُكَ وَتَحِيَّةُ ذُرِّيَّتِكَ، قَالَ: فَذَهَبَ فَقَالَ: السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ، فَقَالُوا: السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ " اللہ تعالیٰ نے حضرت آدم علیہ السلام کو ایسی صورت میں پیدا کیا کہ ان کا قد ساٹھ ہاتھ (یعنی تقریبا 30 گز تھا) جب ان کا جسم مکمل ہوا تو خدا تعالیٰ نے فرمایا، جاؤ اور ان بیٹھے ہوئے فرشتوں پر سلام کہو اور ان کا سلام سنو جو وہ کہیں گے، تیرا اور تیری اولاد کا یہی سلام ہوگا، پھر آدم علیہ السلام نے "السلام علیکم" کہا، فرشتوں نے "السلام علیکم ورحمۃ اللہ کہا۔ " (صحيح بخارى، كتاب الاستئذان) فرمانِ باری تعالی ہے : ﴿ وَإِذَا حُيِّيتُمْ بِتَحِيَّةٍ فَحَيُّ...

چُور اور باَغبان ایک چور ایک باغ میں گُھس گیا اور آم کے درخت پر چڑھ کر آم کھانے لگا ۔ اتفاقًا باغبان بھی وہاں آپہنچا اور چور سے کہنے لگا ، اوبے شرم یہ کیا کر رہے ہو؟ چور مسکرایا اور بولا : ارے بے خبر یہ باغ اللہ کا ہے اور میں اللہ کا بندہ ہوں ، وہ مجھے کھلا رہا ہے اور میں کھا رہا ہوں ، میں تو اسکا حکم پورا کر رہا ہوں ، ورنہ تو پتہ بھی اس کے حکم کے بغیر حرکت نہیں کر سکتا۔ باغبان نے چور سے کہا :   جناب! آپ کا یہ وعظ سن کر دل بہت خوش ہوا ، ذرا نیچے تشریف لائیے تاکہ میں آپ جیسے مومن باللہ کی دست بوسی کرلوں ، سبحان اللہ اس جہالت کے دور میں آپ جیسے عارف کا دم غنیمت ہے۔  مجھے تو مدت کے بعد توحید ومعرفت کا یہ نکتہ ملا ہے " جو کرتا ہے  خدا ہی کرتا ہے  اور بندے کا کچھ بھی اختیار نہیں "۔ قبلہ ذرا نیچے تشریف لائیے ۔ چور اپنی تعریف سن کر پھولا نہ سمایا اور جھٹ سے نیچے اتر آیا ۔  جب وہ نیچے آیا تو باغبان نے اسکو پکڑ لیا اور رسی کے ساتھ درخت سے باندھ دیا ،  خوب مرمت کی ، آخر میں جب ڈنڈا اٹھایا تو چور چلا اٹُھا :  ظالم کچھ تو رحم کرو ، میرا اتنا ...

شاید کہ تیرے دل میں اتر جائے میری بات گفتگو کرنا بلکہ اچھی گفتگو کرنا کسی فن سے کم نہیں اور یہ فن اُن لوگوں کو آتا ہے جن کا مطالعہ اور سوچ وسیع ہو ,زندگی کے ہر شعبے سے تھوڑی بہت واقفیت ضرور ہو تاکہ کسی بھی موضوع پر بات کی جا سکے ۔ گفتگو کے ماہر وہ لوگ  ہوتے ہیں جو بات کرتے ہوئے مخاطب کے موڈ کا خیال رکھیں اگر کوئی مذاق کے موڈ میں نہ ہو اور بات کرنے والا بلاوجہ بولتا جائے تو اکتاہٹ لازمی ہے ، اسی طرح اگر کوئی شخص میٹھے اور نرم لہجے میں بات کرنے کا عادی ہو اور ساتھ ہی اُس کی “ میں “ ختم نہ ہو یعنی خود کو ہر بات میں دوسروں سے برتر ظاہر کرنا ہر بات میں دوسرے کی نفی کرنا ایسے لوگوں کی میٹھی باتیں زہر اور لہجہ خار سے کم محسوس نہیں ہوتا ۔ چھوٹے بچّوں کے توتلے تلّفظ اور ادائیگی کا جو دلکش اور حسین لہجہ ہوتا ہے اُس پر تو قربان ہونے کا دل چاہتا ہے ۔ لہجہ حاکمانہ ہو ، طنزیہ و تنقیدی یا چاپلوسی والا، موقع کی مناسبت سے ہی سجتا ہے۔ دیکھنے میں آیا ہے کہ وہ لوگ جن کو گفتگو کا فن آتا ہے ان کو کم پریشانی کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے۔ ان کی گفتگو موثر ہوتی ہے اور سننے والا دس کام چھوڑ کر بھی...
